01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and larowin ("larowin," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the larowin website located at larowin.org, including all gaming products, payment services, promotional offers, customer support interactions, and any other services made available through the platform.

By accessing the larowin platform, clicking "I Agree" during the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you conclusively confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the larowin platform and close your account.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To open and maintain a larowin account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as mandated by PAGCOR. larowin strictly enforces this requirement through mandatory government-issued ID verification during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register player accounts on larowin.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of larowin, or an immediate family member of such a person.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number.

larowin reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

03 Account Responsibility

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) larowin account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. larowin employs technical and analytical measures to detect duplicate account activity across its player base.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your larowin account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your larowin account — regardless of whether you personally initiated it — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify larowin support immediately via live chat.

• Your larowin account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any balance within it to another person.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up to date at all times. Notify larowin promptly of any changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or residential address.
• larowin may implement two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining access to the mobile number used for 2FA verification.
• larowin will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Do not disclose your password in response to any such request.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the larowin platform — including deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and bonus credits — are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). larowin does not impose currency conversion on player funds. Deposits and withdrawals are processed in the same currency at all times.

larowin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment account or wallet used for deposits matches their verified identity — larowin does not accept third-party payments.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified within the larowin account dashboard and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal requests for fully verified accounts are typically processed to GCash and Maya within the same day. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, UnionBank, and Metrobank are typically processed within the same banking business day, subject to banking cut-off times.
• larowin reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal where it determines that enhanced due diligence is warranted.
• Deposits made using bonus or promotional funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements as detailed in the relevant bonus terms.
• larowin is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages, or telecommunications failures affecting GCash, Maya, or any other payment channel.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

larowin may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time each offer is made available. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus's terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that bonus only.

• Bonuses are available to eligible Philippine-resident players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each offer, which may include minimum deposit requirements, game restrictions, and time limitations.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual bonus terms.
• larowin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at its reasonable discretion, including in cases where it suspects promotional abuse or breach of these Terms.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, use of multiple accounts, or coordinated play constitutes bonus abuse and will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.
• larowin may set maximum win caps on specific bonus-funded gameplay. These caps, where applicable, will be stated in the relevant bonus terms.

06 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting products available on larowin are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface or product section. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before participating. In addition to individual game rules, the following general gameplay conditions apply to all larowin products:

• All bets placed on larowin are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after placement except where a specific product feature (such as cash-out) explicitly permits it and such a feature is available for the relevant event or game.
• larowin's sportsbook odds are subject to change until the point of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that wager.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or platform error that affects game integrity or bet resolution, larowin reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. larowin's decision on such matters is final.
• larowin sources its casino games from licensed third-party game providers whose random number generator (RNG) software is independently certified. Game outcomes are determined by the provider's certified RNG and are not influenced by larowin.
• Players must maintain sufficient account balance to cover their intended wagers. larowin does not extend credit to players.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the larowin platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following may face immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account policy.
• Using the larowin platform for any money laundering activity, including structuring deposits or withdrawals to conceal the origin of funds.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software that interacts with the larowin platform in a non-human manner to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay or wagering.
• Colluding with other players, including sharing cards or information in live casino games or coordinating bets to exploit promotional terms.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, unauthorized payment reversals, or misrepresentation of identity.
• Accessing the larowin platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law without disclosing this to larowin.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or platform vulnerabilities. Any player who discovers such a vulnerability must report it to larowin support immediately rather than exploiting it. Winnings derived from known bugs may be voided.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the larowin platform — including but not limited to the larowin name, logo, brand identity, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of larowin or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the larowin platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any larowin content without prior written authorization from larowin.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, larowin and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the larowin platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

larowin's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their larowin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits larowin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The larowin platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. larowin does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the platform at their own risk.

10 Responsible Gaming

larowin is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the platform. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a means of resolving personal or financial difficulties. larowin provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your larowin account.
• Session Timers: Set maximum session duration limits to manage the amount of time spent on the platform per session.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period — from 24 hours up to six months — during which you cannot log in or place wagers.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

larowin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including any prohibited conduct described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the timeframe requested by larowin.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a player's payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, or money laundering.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.
• Discovery that the player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, larowin may withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. Where a balance is legitimately due to a player following account closure for non-breach reasons, larowin will process the balance return to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Players may also voluntarily close their larowin account at any time by contacting support via live chat.

12 Amendments to These Terms

larowin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, larowin will provide reasonable notice to active players via the platform interface, registered email address, or registered mobile number, as appropriate. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the larowin platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. 13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and larowin, you are encouraged to first contact larowin's customer support team via live chat to seek an informal resolution. larowin will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint fairly and promptly. If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated through the applicable dispute resolution mechanisms established under PAGCOR's regulatory framework for online gaming operators.

Players who wish to lodge a formal complaint regarding larowin's compliance with PAGCOR's regulatory standards may do so by contacting PAGCOR directly through the official PAGCOR regulatory channels.
